On one of the less rainy days we saw an amazing sunset and it was beautiful.

We discovered a 20 baht store near our accommodation that had a lot of bargains. We know aluminium foil is expensive in the UK but 45p foil in Thailand is a steal!

We then went back to our favourite place for a cold drink on the beach and discovered a golden tree snake hiding in the grass!

The onsite restaurant had a great selection of Thai foods and we were lucky to enjoy a northern Thailand delicacy of Khao Soi again – something we definitely missed.

Yesterday we took a 4hr minivan to Ao Nang. Somewhere familiar as we came on holiday here last year. We are surprised how quickly it’s changed and developed.

Luckily our hotel isn’t far from the famous night market and we were very happy to see it again! Again a lot more development, it seemed bigger and more prepared for the amount of tourists.

We went for walk to revisit our hotel from last year and found out there’s a new night market nearby! Blue Mountain Night Market opened around 7 months ago and it’s our favourite new spot.

They also had a live band and a fire show. They teach their kids different here!
We went back to our all time favourite bar from last year and we still weren’t disappointed!
We are on Ao Nang for three nights before heading to the Phi Phi Islands. Let’s see what more it has to offer!
